ICP-MS 2000B Features
Robust solid-state power supply ensures that the instrument can operate in multiple modes (eg, normal mode, cold plasma mode), and allows multiple modes to run in the same method, saving a lot of analysis time and facilitating research.
Advanced plasma shielding technology greatly improves the sensitivity of the instrument and improves the detection limit of low-quality elements. To ensure applications such as cold plasma mode, the detection limit of easily ionizable elements such as K, Na, Ca, Mg, and Fe can be reduced to ng.L-1 without the use of collision/reaction gas.
2. ICP-MS 2000E Features
Inverted plasma uses push-pull complementary technology to eliminate the potential difference existing in the traditional plasma, eliminates the secondary discharge phenomenon of the plasma, and produces lower and narrower ion energy diffusion, which greatly improves the sensitivity of the instrument. The robust variable-frequency power system ensures that the instrument can run multiple modes (such as normal mode, collision response mode, and cold plasma mode), and allows multiple modes to run in the same method, saving a lot of analysis time and facilitating research.
The hexapole collision reaction cell is configured to use the (H2+He) mixture to eliminate the interference of ArCl and CaCl to As in the KED mode; at the same time, Ar, ArH, ArO, etc. can be eliminated without the need to switch gas and other tedious operations. K, Ca, Fe interference.
250-bit automatic sampler is configured, Ethernet communication is imported, positioning accuracy is less than 500μm.
