Product description, technical parameters and configuration


Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), a new trace (10-6), trace (10-9), and ultratrace (10-12) elemental analysis developed in the 1980s technology. ICP-MS can determine most of the elements of the periodic table of elements, and has extremely low detection limits, a very wide dynamic linear range, simple spectral lines, less interference, high precision, fast analysis and other performance advantages.


The ICP-MS2000 series is an independently researched and developed product of Tianrui. Currently, there are two models of ICP-MS2000B and ICP-MS2000E. The performance of ICP-MS2000 series instruments is superior to the national standard, fully meets the needs of users in different industries, and is cost-effective. At present, the product is mainly used in the fields of environment, food, semiconductor, medicine and physiology analysis, and nuclear industry.

ICP-MS 2000B Features

Robust solid-state power supply ensures that the instrument can operate in multiple modes (eg, normal mode, cold plasma mode), and allows multiple modes to run in the same method, saving a lot of analysis time and facilitating research.

Advanced plasma shielding technology greatly improves the sensitivity of the instrument and improves the detection limit of low-quality elements. To ensure applications such as cold plasma mode, the detection limit of easily ionizable elements such as K, Na, Ca, Mg, and Fe can be reduced to ng.L-1 without the use of collision/reaction gas.


2. ICP-MS 2000E Features


Inverted plasma uses push-pull complementary technology to eliminate the potential difference existing in the traditional plasma, eliminates the secondary discharge phenomenon of the plasma, and produces lower and narrower ion energy diffusion, which greatly improves the sensitivity of the instrument. The robust variable-frequency power system ensures that the instrument can run multiple modes (such as normal mode, collision response mode, and cold plasma mode), and allows multiple modes to run in the same method, saving a lot of analysis time and facilitating research.

The hexapole collision reaction cell is configured to use the (H2+He) mixture to eliminate the interference of ArCl and CaCl to As in the KED mode; at the same time, Ar, ArH, ArO, etc. can be eliminated without the need to switch gas and other tedious operations. K, Ca, Fe interference.

    The FP (Basic Parameters) algorithm is an effective method for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis. It can perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elemental components of the sample with little or no standard sample, and can also analyze the thickness of the coating or coating.It is well known that the biggest problem with X-ray fluorescence analysis is that elemental fluorescence intensity is affected by coexisting elements (matrix absorption and enhancement effects) and is not usually linear with content.     The polarization secondary target excitation technology can remove the scattering background to the maximum extent, improve the signal to noise ratio, and reduce the detection limit of the detector. Assuming that the x-ray generated by the anode of the x-ray tube is non-polarized and is incident on the target (scattering body) in the z-axis direction, the scattered beam propagating along the y-axis is linearly polarized light. The electric field vector vibrates in the v plane and the vibration direction is parallel to the X axis. The sample placed on the y-axis is excited by polarized light, producing unpolarized fluorescent x-rays. Since the sample and the sample support do not generate scattered radiation in the X-axis direction, placing the detector on the x-axis can fully utilize the polarization effect and reduce the background caused by the elastic and inelastic scattering of x-rays.
